This term we have been time travellers!

We  celebrated Halloween with some spooky activities and dress up.

After the fun of Halloween, we looked at the  Gunpowder plot and why we celebrate bonfire night!

This led to us learning about how   fireworks and light are used to celebrate Diwali, a Hindu traditional  festival.   We   learnt   about   Rangoli   patterns,   made   our   own   suncatchers   and   pieced   together   jigsaws   of   different   parts   of   Diwali  celebrations.

We   have   been  following   our   sensory   circuits   each   morning to   build  in  healthy  habits as part  of   our  personal development.
